We’ve been going to Sterling Sands for many many years and love it. This was our first visit to this unit, but our entire family (Mom, Dad, and two boys: 11 and 15) agreed we hope to be able to get it for next time. The condo is gorgeous and has lots of upgrades. It is VERY clean and the kitchen was really well stocked with everything you might need, even a Keurig and storage containers for leftovers. The TVs are high quality. I LOVED the extra huge capacity commercial washer and dryer! Wow! Unfortunately, our stay was impacted by the impending arrival of hurricane Isaias. We got multiple clear communications letting us know that we'd have to check out several days early due to a mandatory evacuation, but were assured those two nights will be refunded without us needing to do anything additional. I really appreciated hearing about the change and required checkout day and time from them before even seeing it on the news or social media. Can’t wait to go back!

The condo had a great view of the Gulf, and it was quick to get to the beach. They were doing a few patches to the parking lot and were very helpful in directing us around to parking. The condo needs a few updates, there are several outlets that don’t work and the chain lock on the door was broken. Obviously sand gets tracked in, but the floors need a good scrub. The staff at the check in desk were helpful and kind. Overall a great, affordable stay.

This condo is amazing in every way. It’s bright and beautiful on the inside. The views are so awesome. The balcony is a great size and has good seating. The kitchen is nice and fully stocked with most any dish or pan you could need. We have stayed in this condo three times since 2022 and we love it so much!!
